ACCTRIX : Blood Pressure and Financial Stress

I am confronted on a daily basis by patients in various degrees of stress.  Stress that comes from relationship challenges, maybe their health concerns.  There seem to be so many potential causes for that word “stress”.  None of which are generally considered to be beneficial to health.

Then there is the financial stress.  All too common in our society these days.  And this stress often contributes to hypertension, or high blood pressure.

According to WebMD, hypertension is the number 1 cause of heart attach death.  Not a statistic to mess around with, in my humble opinion.  Yet the primary causes of high blood pressure, i.e. obesity, sedentary habits, eating food with questionable nutritional content, etc. are increasingly ignored by the majority of people, even the majority of patients I see!  The levels of all these negative health factors are rising, even when we know we eat too much, of the wrong things, and don’t exercise nearly enough!

OK, we need some good news.  The first thing is that all of this is preventable.  With a little education, some common sense, and increased awareness, all of this can go away!  All it takes is some better choices.

When we go to the grocery store we are confronted with thousands of choices.  According to FMI, a food industry statistician, in 2010 there were 38,718 different item choices in the average supermarket.  And most of these do not contribute to any level of what we would call “good health”.  Foods are packaged to attract our attention, not on the basis of what is good nutritional content, but on the basis of what sells.

High blood pressure is preventable.  If we can make choices that feed our body good food and nutrition, we can lower our blood pressure and prevent heart attack and heart disease naturally, without potentially harmful drugs.

The choice is mine.  And yours.

Poor health causes poor financial health.  Leading the pack in causes of bankruptcy is health problems, by a whopping 42%.  The next leading cause is job loss, which is about 22%.  Keeping in mind that high blood pressure and heart disease are at the top of the “health problem” list, it bears repeating that making decisions that keep your blood pressure normal and your heart healthy will keep your bank account healthy as well.

Eat well and exercise.  Take some time to study what foods contribute to wellness, of your heart and your whole body.  Take supplements such as Acctrix to provide your body with the heart saving nutrients it needs.

One of the most heartwarming things I observe when interacting with patients is when I see the results of their good choices.  And even more when I see their children following their parents lead.

Our financial future, even more so, the future of our country depends on the choices we make today.  Choose health!  Create a healthy heart through keeping your blood pressure well within acceptable limits.

Supplements and Sustainable Martial Arts – The Role of Acctrix

Written by Dr. Perry Chinn

A good friend of mine is a long time martial artist who runs a dojo out here in Washington State. I sometimes visit his dojo to watch the training, and he and I often get together after his classes for tea and sushi at the local Japanese restaurant.

Poor guy. He’s got a whole bunch of macho would be cage fighters at his place and he’s always trying to help them get into a more organic, long term training mentality. But these guys do steroids and who-knows-what else in their obsessive quest to win at all costs. Let me tell you, these guys are hard core fighting machines and they take the arts seriously. Little do they know that in many cases these performance enhancements and supplements they take actually hurt them over the long term!

I mean, just look at steroids for example. The dangers of using them simply cannot be underestimated. Liver toxicity, heart problems, and all sorts of additional complications.

And sure, while that’s what you might call a major problem, even relatively harmless supplements that many people use to enhance sports performance have been known to contain fillers, preservatives, and other non-natural impure ingredients.

My martial artist friend always tells me about different Asian philosophers who study and explore the arts of War.  They emphasize the Way of Nature. They emphasize sincerity, purity, sustainability. It may seem ironic, but they say that “the best general is the one who wins before fighting.”

They have the same attitude about doctors and medicine and health. “The best doctor is the one no one knows, because that doctor stops illness before it even starts.”

I would have to agree with that. Really, the essence of good medicine is prevention. I’ve always felt that way, particularly because I had to watch several beloved family members and friends die long lingering and painful deaths a s result of health problems that in most cases can be prevented by a combination of a lifetime of moderate exercise and healthy eating.

That’s why I have developed Acctrix.

Acctrix is a cutting edge dietary supplement which enhances circulation, cognitive function, heart health, and provides a host of other benefits derived from a proprietry formula containing all natural ingredients, no fillers, no preservatives, nothing an ancient sage of the martial arts wouldn’t approve of.

In the context of martial arts training, Acctrix has three primary benefits. First, its benefit to overall circulatory health leads to better and longer training sessions with higher oxygen uptake and movement efficiency, as well as a more relaxed muscular frame. Second, its array of nutrients supports overall well being and strength/stamina. Finally, the combination of nutrients and circulatory enhancement provides a notable aid to the body;s natural tendencies to repair damaged tissue, heal bruises and aches, sprains, strains and even broken bones from hard martial arts training.

My friend is definitely heading to Amazon.com to pick up a case of Acctrix for the dojo. He is going to be helping his students let go of the crash and burn philosophy that ends up abusing and damaging the body, in favour of a long and sustained training approach which yields sustainable and significant gains in expertise. It’s gonna help his team in two really important ways, overall circulatory and heart health, as well as enhanced injury recovery time.

Lastly, he is planning on recommending Acctrix to all his elite team fighting trainees. Before the match for improved endurance and circulation, and after the combat for healing and recovery!

Don’t get in the cage without Acctrix!

ACCTRIX: Living All Your Life

The subject of heart disease hits close to home with me. One of the most difficult memories I have was watching my grandfather weaken and die. He died of heart disease the year after I graduated from high school.

I remember traveling as a young kid to his house on the ocean in California and getting to use his pocketknife to perform “surgery” on the big kelp whips that were washed up onto the beach. He took me to see the Monarch butterflies clustering on the trees in Pacific Grove.

Then he rapidly deteriorated. That really sucked.

When the diabetes took hold, along with the heart problems, things really got bad quick. They took his legs about a year before he died and he spent the last couple of years in a lot of pain and laying on his back in the nursing home.

Now I am watching my cousin, about my own age, going through the same thing. What is really crazy is that my cousin lost his legs to diabetes at a younger age than I am now.

Aging is becoming a hot topic these days.

According to Ken Dychtwald, president and CEO of the consulting firm AgeWave, “in 1940, life expectancy was 63.5 years, some 9 million Americans received  Social Security, and the ratio of workers to beneficiaries was 159 to 1. By 2010, life expectancy was 78.3 years, nearly 39 million people received Social Security benefits, and the ratio of workers to retirees was 2.9 to 1.”

Dr. Eric Plasker, author of The One Hundred Year Lifestyle, states that… “Like it or not, want to or not you will probably live longer than you ever thought.” According to the US Census Bureau, “The number of 100 year old people worldwide is expected to grow by 746% between now and 2040.” And the British Medical Journal finds that “50% of babies born since 2000 are expected to live to 100”.

Along with this increasing longevity in our society is the sobering fact that heart disease and diabetes continue to rise. Not just a little bit, but in epidemic proportions. Heart disease remains our number one preventable killer and diabetes is expected to more than triple in the next couple of decades.

All of these statistics put in stark relief a basic choice point we all face as we grow older. With aging we have two options. First, if we want to age poorly, with an inevitable amount of misery, we can avoid exercise and eat the typical American diet. And then there is option two, an option that I am pretty sure appeals to most of us. IF we have the awareness and wisdom to accomplish it. This choice involves exercising moderately and regularly AND feeding our body the nutrition it needs through a healthy diet and thoughtful supplementation.

The first option, aging in misery, is brought about by default when we choose to ignore the importance of healthy diet and nutrition and its accompanying catalyst…exercise.

We all have been told how important exercise is. Not only does it keep our joints moving, build stronger muscles and get our heart pumping faster, it accomplishes even more. The science that was discovered in the eighties, that set the stage for the awarding of the Nobel Prize for the discovery of nitric oxide, also brought some new understanding to the value of exercise, particularly in relation to how it keeps our circulatory system young.

Without exercise you do not receive something called “shear effect”. Shear effect is simply the speed of the blood moving past the inside of your blood vessels. This is the critical step. Without this movement of blood, the precious magic of nitric oxide production cannot happen anywhere near its potential. Nitric oxide plays a key role in many important heart healthy physical processes. During effective exercise, the blood moves faster and faster through our arteries, veins and capillaries, triggering an amazing chemical process in the lining of our blood vessels that sets in motion the process of restoring heart and circulation wellness through the production of nitric oxide. Provided the basic nutritional building blocks are present, this production process will occur naturally. That is of course IF you can get these from your diet. The problem is – most of us simply can’t.

It was very painful for me to watch my grandfather suffer that way. To see my cousin, his other grandson, experience much the same. I resolved to do the work necessary to become a doctor and gain in the ability to develop and present a product that has

promise of offering a different outcome for other people and their families faced with heart disease, diabetes and other nutritionally associated ills. I resolved to go beyond “common sense”, or standard wisdom, and work hard at providing a third choice. Excellent whole food nutrition, exercise and an “ace in the hole” supplement for overall heart health and wellness in every phase of life.

Enter the cutting edge nutritional supplement Acctrix. This is a new product that brings back to the body the nutrients necessary to heal our heart and blood vessels….from the inside,

Acctrix is made from all natural, animal-free ingredients. One of the primary ingredients is an amino acid L-arginine, a simple building block of protein, that along with another amino acid, L-citrulline, makes the heart saving and healing molecule nitric oxide. And as we mentioned earlier, exercise triggers the signal to the body to make this happen.

Supplements such as Acctrix, which is a unique proprietary blend supplement with heart health benefits and overall nutritional impact, provide these nitric oxide making ingredients. Acctrix on Amazon

ACCTRIX : Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Science – In the Bedroom

By Dr. Perry Chinn

Acctrix.com

I’ll never forget the day I sat with my friend Jennifer over coffee and we talked about sex. She had been seeing an older guy, and apparently one night she tried Viagra. here’s what she had to say about the experience :

“It was like trying to make love to a jackhammer.”

Wow. pretty unpalatable huh!?

Enter the cutting edge nutritional supplement Acctrix. But before we talk about Acctrix, let’s step back in time to look at the Taoists. Ancient Chinese masters of science, spirituality, and philosophy, whose knowledge of the art of Love is still advanced beyond much of contemporary views on the matter!

According to the Taoists, the essence of happiness and harmony lies in the relationship between Yin(feminine) and Yang(masculine) energies. This holds true whether we are talking about the boardroom, the bedroom, or anywhere else for that matter. Get these two into the proper alignment and relationship, and things go beautifully, but when these two fall out of balance, all sorts of problems will automatically develop.

When you look at sex, here’s how it works. The Yang sexual energy tends to be explosive. It heats up fast, is very aggressive, and tends to want to head straight to a “bang” finish. Then it rapidly subsides and has to build up for more down the road. By contrast, the Yin energy’s arousal builds slowly. It is capable of long sustained peaks and valleys of bliss, and does not explode as rapidly or crash as dramatically as its Yang counterpart.

Harmony is sex, therefore, is when the Yang energy is able to hold out, to deny itself its immediate gratification, and to generously assist the Yin energy in moving through wave after wave of ecstasy. “yang endures, yin enjoys”.

So the Ancient Taoist masters, possessed of this key insight, didn’t stop there. They devoted literal centuries to exploration and experimentation with herbs, medicines, breathing exercises, sexual positions, meditations, and other techniques, to actively and pragmatically promote the sort of blissful harmony described above. While these are diverse and cross a spectrum of activity, they all share a few elements in common. They aim at overall health, good circulation, and a sustained flow of blood and nutrients to the male and female sex organs.

Here;s where Acctrix, a unique proprietary blend supplement with heart health benefits and overall nutritional impact, comes in.

For starters, Acctrix is all natural, from the finest ingredients. the Taoists would never settle for anything less than food and herb items that breathed the powerful chi of authentic nature. Acctrix emerges from the same mindset.

Second, Acctrix addresses root health causes rather than surface symptoms. The Taoists believed that to heal and flourish, you had to get at core causes. Acctrix follows the same logic, not working to suppress symptoms that emerge after long years of ignoring basic health regimens, but directly impacting fundamental circulatory and nutritional needs, this revitalizing the body and keeping desire strong.

Third – Endurance. One of the key components of sexual harmony for the Taoists runs counter to the typical male’s animal sexual instinct. The taoist way is to set the Yang energy at the service of the slow building long lasting Yin response. To do that, the man must master the ability to hold back, and both man and woman must have an ample and free flow of blood to the sexual organs. Acctrix’s prime ingredients focus on blood flow enhancement.

Acctrix is the natural alternative to Viagra, with a gentler approach that both partners will appreciate, and more long term health benefits on top of that.

So, keep a bottle of Acctrix on the bedtable, and “throw away the jackhammer”!

Cold Weather Increases My Risk of Heart Problems?

A few days ago I was doing some research and I came across a report about a large study concerning seasonally related heart attack risks.  Using data collected from hundreds of thousands of heart attacks documented in the National Registry of Myocardial Infarction, the study found that 53 percent more cases were reported in winter than in summer.  Additionally, it was noteworthy that a pattern of decreasing occurrence of cases from winter to fall to spring and then summer was found across gender, age and geographic area.

As a physician I found this pattern fascinating and I resolved to investigate this further.

Health experts agree that one of the factors involved in declining health in the winter is “seasonal affective disorder” or SAD, which becomes more common as the weather gets less inviting.  As people feel less buoyant and active, the likelihood of consuming “comfort food”, food that usually is less than stellar in the nutritious category, is much more common.  We spend more time indoors, closer to the refrigerator and often are much less likely to get outside and hike for a couple of miles like we would in good weather.

Another factor is that colder weather puts a greater demand on our heart and circulation system.  More blood to keep us warm and to circulate more energy to keep our metabolism going strong.  Our body often has to struggle much harder to prevent hypothermia, a condition where our internal temperature gets abnormally low.  The studies also found that cold weather narrows arteries and raises blood pressure, abnormally stressing the heart.  [Backing up these general observations of cold weather and its relationship to the cardiovascular system,] a 2010 study in the British Medical Journal showed that a one degree downward change (Celsius) in temperature translated into a 2% increase in the occurrence of heart attack.  The highest risk being in the first two weeks or so of colder weather as our body is struggling to adapt to the temperature decrease.

The short story:  cold temperatures tend to increase blood pressure, and we know that high blood pressure is the most common, often un-diagnosed, cause of heart attack.

As if that wasn’t enough of a problem, people tend to eat less healthfully and exercise less frequently during the winter months.  Add to that the increase in stress that just comes with the holidays, and your body is screaming for supplemental nutrition!  During the holidays it is especially hard for most people to eat as nutritiously as the demands of this nutrition increase.  Knowing this, the wisdom of supplementing our diet with natural, food-sourced nutritionals can help us improve our likelihood of not only surviving a potential heart attack, but thriving in the holiday season at a much higher level of wellness.

Acctrix is a unique blend of heart-healthy plant-based nutrients that was designed specifically to help the body regenerate and maintain heart and blood vessel tissue.  Building on the results and studies of the Nobel Prize winning science of 1998 the Acctrix team has been able to bring to the public a nutritional answer to help them maintain heart wellness, whatever the season and the level of stress!

Therefore it is vital to take a close look at your heart health, even a better idea to do so with the input of your doctor, before you go out and shovel off that first big snowfall of the winter from your driveway.  It might be a very good idea to determine if your heart is functioning one hundred percent!

“Give your heart the healthy, life saving edge this winter! Eat wholesome food, maintain your wellness with regular exercise, and spread holiday cheer by giving Acctrix to your friends and family! (don’t forget to save a bottle for yourself)”
